I, Katrina Lumsden, offer Mentoring Sessions which is a group session designed to audit your current business and provide support and guidance where you need it.  Each session is done via zoom over 60 minutes with a recording of the session and any strategies to implement to elevate your business.

You will also receive support via email or Telegram (voice & text message app) during your 6 month Membership.

Payment Terms

You have entered into a subscription with Katrina Lumsden which is $249 x 6 month minimum - your first payment has been made with your next payment in 1 month and thereafter for the remaining term.  These 6 payments cannot be cancelled or refunded if you choose not to go ahead with your sessions or if you have completed your sessions.

You can opt out and cancel your subscription after your 6 month minimum - and will receive an email to give you that option.

Liability

 I, Katrina Lumsden, as the coach, am committed to providing guidance and support during our time together. However, results may vary based on your commitment and actions.

I am not a licenced therapist or medical professional or mindset coach.  If you require therapeutic or medical assistance, it is your responsibility to see appropriate professional help.  Our sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental or physical health issues.

Confidentiality

Each party acknowledges that information exchanged during these group sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed.

The client agrees that Katrina Lumsden may use information obtained during the session as a case study to share in social media WITHOUT disclosing clients name or identity.

Intellectual Property

Any Service, program, course or materials provided to you by Us under this Agreement are copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to You are for Your individual use only under a single-user license. You are not authorised to use any of Our Intellectual Property for Your business purposes.  All of Our Intellectual Property, including Our copyrighted Services, programs, courses and materials shall remain the role property of Us.  No licence to sell or distribute Our Intellectual Property is granted or implied.

You acknowledge and agree that We may refer to You on Our website and social media channels for the sole purpose of recognition or professional advancement, however, none of Your sensitive or personal information will be disclosed or used for such purposes.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By signing the Terms and Conditions of Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement. Both Parties agree that such acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service (and the entirety of this Agreement) shall constitute a legal and binding agreement. Client further acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement by submitting the initial, non-refundable payment for Services. The client agrees to not reproduce or distribute and documents obtained from the coaching service.

You are entering into a 6 month Membership contract.  Your first payment will be paid today and then monthly for 6 months.  You will receive an email asking if you would like to continue or to cancel your subscription after 6 months.
