What is MORE & how does it work?
Only one hour of your time and open mind, we will come together via zoom to tune in. To reconnect, dream, create, manifest and align.
- We start with breath work then move into a guided visualisation that will allow you to block out the outside noise & go inward & reconnect with your passions.
- We spend some time journaling & reflecting on what came up for us in our visualisation.
- I then pull a Tarot or Oracle card for the group & listen to our message for that week.
- I will then give you the tools to call in your dreams & steps to follow your path.
- Finally we share, if we choose to, and leave feeling lighter & excited about what lies ahead

Mum to 3 adult boys, married for 33 years and I have Designed a Life I truly am in love with.
When I was 40 I made the scary decision to follow my dreams to own a homewares and gift store. This was the butterfuly effect that has put me on the path to building a dream business for 15 years and truly love what I do. All while raising my three young boys.
Throughout my life I have learnt and practiced many techniques to calm my nervous system and moved from a place of 'everything is happening 'TO' me' - to 'everything is happening 'FOR' me'.
Life hasn't been easy, but through my spirit led intuitive practices I have been able to calm my anxiety, ease depression, push through fears and manifest everything I set my mind to.
And now I want to share this with you.
